Market Lowest Price: Make every effort to offer the lowest prices in the market. 2. Full Pallet Transactions: Products are sold and returned by full pallets only. 3. Non-Disassembled Delivery: During transportation, pallets remain intact. If your delivery location cannot accommodate Pallet Jack operations, please refrain from purchasing. Delivery Notes: 1. Because we use hand trucks and pallet jacks for deliveries, we require that all delivery areas be at least 1.5 m (5 feet) wide to allow enough space for this equipment. 2. We can only deliver an order to one central location. 3. We cannot hand-carry delivery orders up or down stairs. This strategy aims to provide you with a more cost-effective shopping experience.
Return policy
All unopened dry goods can be returned within 15 days after receiving. (Lunch boxes, containers, paper products, seasonings/sauces, rice, flour, cooking oil, bags, packaged food, utensils, cleaning supplies, beverages, etc.) For fresh products, you need to inspect them on the spot upon receiving and contact customer service within 24 hours to apply for a refund.
